The domain was established in the 1940ties by Jean
Peyre. At the beginning called Domaine Peyre. When he purchased Chateau
Correnson the name was changed.
Today it's run by his son Mark Peyre, responsible for the fields and, the
grandson Vincent, who is "Maître de chai".
Vincent Peyre is educated (BTS) from the wine university in Bordeaux.
The domain covers a total of 60
hectares and produces Tavel, Lirac, Cotes du Rhone of all types and Vin du Pays.
Tavel
25% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 25% Cinsault 25%, 15% Bourboulenc and 10% Mourvedre.
Debut 2006. 40.000 bt.
Lirac Reserve Divinitas
70% Syrah, 20% Grenache and 10% Mourvedre.
Half of this cuvée is aged in barrels and the rest in foudres for
about 12 months. 15.000 bt.
Lirac Reserve Vinolentia
70% Syrah, 20% Grenache and 10% Mourvedre.
Half of this cuvée is aged in barrels and the rest in foudres for
about 8 months. 50.000 bt.
Lirac Rosé
50% Grenache, 20% Clairette Gris, 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre. 20.000
bt.
Lirac Blanc

Grenache Blanc, 25% Clairette and 25% Bourboulenc..
The wine is aged in barrels for 6-9 months. 12.000 bt.
Cotes du Rhone
50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Carignan.
Cotes du Rhone Réserve
Spéciale
50% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 20% Carignan. Aged in barrels for 4 months.
